Kristie McGinnis 

 is a lifelong athlete, coach, and entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for developing the next generation both on and off the field.

 

 A former competitive softball player, Kristie earned a collegiate scholarship to play at the junior college level, where she continued to refine her skills and love for the game.

 

Her journey in leadership began early, stepping into coaching at just 16 years old. Now, with over two decades of coaching experience, Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge, intensity, and mentorship to every player she works with. She is known for pushing athletes to reach their full potential while instilling life lessons that extend far beyond softball.

 

In addition to her impact on the field, Kristie is a driven entrepreneur, successfully building and managing multiple ventures while staying deeply connected to her community. She currently serves as the President of the Lakeland Girls Softball League, where she leads with vision, passion, and a commitment to growth, development, and opportunity for young female athletes.
