The Emerging Leaders Prospect Game is more than just a showcase; it is a leadership and development experience designed to identify and empower the next generation of athletes both on and off the field. Built on the belief that the game is a vehicle for life, this program challenges athletes to grow as mentors and individuals of character. Participants move beyond stats to focus on self-awareness and purpose through a framework of Honor, Highlight, and Mentee roles. The experience includes life skills panels with professional mentors, mandatory community service through youth mentorship and charity drives, and a high-energy live game environment evaluated by professional scouts.
